Outlet Front End Module

Enables a property to check details of a member such as past transactions, account statement, profile information, etc. Inbuilt synchronizing function which automatically updates loyalty data from back office.

Back office Module

Allows creation/management of multi-category/ multi-tier rewards. Robust import engine which allows for importing transaction based flat files for earning of rewards. Data recovery and export function is a standard feature. Built-in product catalogue management utility for ease of redemptions.

MIS Reporting

Detailed, real-time view of reports to track program performance on a particular scheme or set of categories. Fully integrated with MS Excel to allow business managers to perform custom analyses.

Customer Interface (optional)

A web based interface with access to account log-in with a detailed view of 'points passbook' - details of transactions where points were earned and redeemed. An option for redemption of rewards can also be provided. Can easily be interfaced with the company website.
