 What's New at NetCarrots
Tanishq Loyalty Program - Anuttara

Tanishq, the jewelry business group of Titan Industries Ltd, promoted by the Tata Group, is one of the leading jewelry brands in India. Over the last ten years, Tanishq has become a successful name in jewelry by blending fashion & style, traditionally.

We are proud to announce that Tanishq has engaged NetCarrots to deploy its technology solution to manage their loyalty program, Anuttara, implemented across all their stores in India. This software, used by the staff at Tanishq outlets or ‘boutiques’, enables data capture and analytics to keep a track of the customer interactions. NetCarrots is successfully running this program with its Allegiance loyalty solution.

Al Tayer

NetCarrots takes a proud step forward in the Gulf market by enabling the deployment of Amber, the multi-tier loyalty program for Al Tayer Group.

Planet M ‘Rocked’ the past couple of months!!

“The Gods of Rock are here"…. and NetCarrots was party to it!! As part of its marketing initiative, the History Channel launched an awareness campaign in May for its new televised series on fusion of history and music called ”History Rocks”. NetCarrots catalyzed the channel’s partnership with Planet M that was supported by branded Gondola POPs and carry bags. The program ran in 20 Planet M outlets across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata.

Bru Cold coffee on the ‘Rocks’! That’s what Planet M outlets offered over the weekends during the month of June till the 1st week of July, courtesy NetCarrots. Sampling of Bru Cold coffee was carried out at 20 Planet M stores across Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kolkata where sachets of the powdered beverage were distributed to customers.

"Our new section took many people down memory lane with the Ramon Bonus stamps feature in our last issue. An interesting response was from Ms. Uttara Parikh, arguably the architect of Air India's Frequent Flyer Program-Flying Returns, fondly remembered the days when the scheme was introduced by her husband, Chief Executive of the Bonus Stamps Scheme, and even shared with us how she was able to redeem her stamps for an electrical product!

Watch this space for a feature on the Ramon Bonus Stamps scheme as our correspondent digs deeper into what was possibly one of India's 1st loyalty programs!!!

Read on for more unusual features….

Here’s rewarding loyalty with a difference! RMIT’s School of Computer Science & Information Technology, Melbourne, Australia offers a loyalty benefit program to its alumni. The former students who enroll in this initiative get a fee reduction for the post graduation courses at RMIT. This initiative has been introduced keeping in mind the increasing demands of companies for postgraduate qualifications that are a considerably expensive proposition in Australia. This seems to be quite a ‘learning’ experience.

Invisible buddies-What could that possibly mean? That was the loyalty concept adopted by a Four Seasons resort in Maldives that ran an invisible guest service program called the ‘Buddy Program.’ Guests were allocated a secret Buddy who catered to their needs and comforts. The Buddies were briefed about guest preferences in advance with the help of humanized information instead of relying on a database. Each guest complaint was reported to the staff that would focus on rectification. Now, that’s one ‘buddy’ we wouldn’t mind taking on all our holidays!
