Royal Orchid 'Smiles'

The Royal Orchid Group of Hotels, previously known as the Baljee Group of Hotels is one of the largest hospitality groups in South India and is a popular choice of the corporate traveler. The Royal Orchid Group of Hotels has signed up with NetCarrots to develop and manage their Bookers Program.

Royal Orchid Smiles is targeted at the Bookers - the executive secretaries/helpdesk staff of the corporates - who influence the choice of hotels and book rooms. This point-based loyalty program rewards the Bookers with various activities and gifts for driving their preference towards Royal Orchid Hotels for room reservations.

Jet Club

Find the Jet flights full these days? The reason could well be the Jet Club program that is aimed at the frontline staff of travel agencies who play a vital role in the choice of airlines for the customer. In addition to the deals and discounts offered, the Jet Club members can also earn points for booking passengers. Members can manage the program benefits through a user-friendly micro site as part of their 9wagents.com portal.

International Alliance

TVS crosses 2,00,000 members! The Miles and Smiles program, designed and developed by NetCarrots, plans to fast track its memberships by activating the number of its dealers.

NetCarrots Loyalty Services manages the entire customer program for TVS including the creation and dispatch of Muskaan (the program quarterly newsletter) to all the 'Miles and Smiles' members. The newsletter carries exciting articles about the program and this festive issue of Muskaan also announced the 'Frame Your Smile' Contest created exclusively for members.
  

World Wide Fund for Nature, India

NetCarrots has a new and improved version managing the membership of the World Wide Fund for Nature donor program. In addition to subscription of their newsletter Panda and regular online features, this program offers monthly movie screenings at the WWF office on Lodhi Road and attractive merchandise for members renewing on upgrade.

Achievement Awards Loyalty Summit

The 2nd Annual Achievement Awards Loyalty Summit was held in August 2006 in Johannesburg, South Africa. The CEOs of leading loyalty marketing companies in India, Malaysia, China, and Brazil shared their experiences and insights on building brand loyalty in emerging markets. This conference underlined the fact that adherence to key global loyalty principles notwithstanding, unique solutions are required for unique markets. The guest speakers included Deon Olivier, Henry Winter, Nyang Koon Seng, Roberto Chade & Praphul Misra.

NetCarrots CEO Praphul Misra, a loyalty marketing veteran, exposed the five most persistent loyalty myths that linger in the minds of clients in India (and surely other emerging market).
