Netcarrots and Ansal Plaza bring another world-class experience
to shoppers
New Delhi, March 21, 2002 |
 |
| A multi-brand loyalty program |
 |
| A world-class experience just got
better! Ansal Plaza, India's leading Shopping Mall,
today announced the launch of Ansal Plaza Privileges.
A first-of-its-kind loyalty program in India, it
aims at providing a wide range of long-term benefits
to the loyal patrons of Ansal Plaza. |
 |
| The program has been conceived and
designed by NetCarrots Loyalty Services, India's
first specialty loyalty solutions company and the
leader in enterprise customer relationship management
solutions. |
 |
| Ansal Plaza Privileges program has
many firsts to its credit. For the first time in
India, 13 leading brands at Ansal Plaza from different
segments - shopping, food and entertainment - have
come together to offer a range of privileges to
their customers. More brands would join the program
soon. This means program members have a choice not
only in the outlets from where they could earn points
but also where they could redeem them. Privilege
Points accumulated with every purchase can be redeemed
for Privilege cheques which will be as good as cash
when purchasing merchandise at any of the participating
outlets. To add more excitement to the experience,
program members will also get the opportunity
to participate in a monthly lucky draw where
Bajaj Auto is offering its latest Pulsar motorcycle
as the bumper prize. 'And finally', the program
also offers program members the privilege of personalized
invitation to special Ansal Plaza events. What
is more exciting is that all of these come for an
annual membership fee of just Rs 249. The program
has been sponsored by Touchtel. |
 |
| "It has always been our endeavor
to bring a world-class experience to our customers.
The Ansal
Plaza Privileges will fulfill the promise to
continuously upgrade our offering to customers and
outlets at the Ansal Plaza," says Deepak Khanna,
CEO, Ansal
Properties & Industries Ltd., the promoter of
Ansal Plaza. "Even though a few retailers have been
running some form of loyalty program, this is the
first time they will be participating in an organized,
professionally managed, large format, rewards
program," adds Praphul Misra, CEO, Netcarrots
Loyalty Services. |
 |
| Ansal
Plaza Privileges program will keep bringing
new offers to shoppers by not only offering new
innovative schemes but by also bringing more brands
under it. |
