and Silver Card members who use the
Delhi-NOIDA-Delhi Tollway on a regular
basis. Well-received by the motorists,
Privilege Miles are earned for
each trip on the Tollway and can be
redeemed at participating outlets in
Delhi & NOIDA. This program expected
to not only improve renewal rates among
members but also provide the extra something
for usage of the tollway, thereby acquiring
more members.

at Ansal Plaza in March 2002. With over
18 outlets as program partners, mall
shoppers got an opportunity to earn
and spend privilege points at
any of these outlets – giving
them flexibility and choice upon enrolling
members receive a host of benefits,
from a monthly lucky draw, to several
exciting offers from program partners.
Within two years of starting of the
program, more than 10,000 members had
shopped worth more than Rs.30 million
through the program.

Citizens enjoyed receiving free
